They are called Psychiatric Service Dogs, NOT companion dogs. Companion or pet dogs are not allowed public access. Insinuating the dog in the video as such, or misrepresenting this dog as a "companion dog" will cause much confusion and access issues due to the fact that pet dogs do not have any access rights...
