It did not work because you are NOT supposed to press #. You are to press 1 for paging on phone speakers, 2 for overhead speakers, and 3 for both 1&2

@ICCE300BusEnthsiast But I did overhear the people in the attendance office saying that the intercom code is PAGE and #00, but I tried that another day (just wondering if it worked) and I tried FEATURE + 60 (as that is the smaller-phone alternative to the page button in general I'm pretty sure) and pressed #, but then I got "Invalid number" (before I got to trying to type in "00", and the same thing if I tried # without pressing FEATURE.

@ICCE300BusEnthsiast Oh actually I figured out that the feature 6 3 0 thing DID create an announcement to all of the school nortel PHONES (my school has them in all in-building classrooms and offices), but not the school's actual speaker intercom. In response to your comment, actually 6 3 0 does BOTH phone speakers and overhead out of what I've heard.

To page on a Nortel/Meridian phone, press feature 60 and then press one of these selections: 1= Phone speakers 2= Overhead speakers or 3=Both 1+2. Press your selcton and listen for the tone and then speak. When you're finished, pres Rls.

I think it only works at the main office.

u gotta press feature then punch in 630 wait for tone then talk, and if there is another tone after the first, then to get that to you work for gotta press *11 after that.
