Posterizing images to a specific palette in Photoshop

I found myself needing a better way to make images only use the colors available as wool in Minecraft. To do this, I created a Minecraft palette (.ACO) file by getting 11x11 samplings of the wool texture files with the eyedropper. Then I opened this image, converted it to an indexed color image, and used the .ACO file as my custom palette.
