@SAHMMilitaryWife now thats creepy, im going to change my 5 day a week workout schedule to 3 day and start incorporating intermittent fasting into it to. Maybe exercising puts the body into lock mode, protecting itself from the stress the body is put into. I dont know just a guess.
I love your videos, they are very concise and informative. Thank you for making them. I have a question: Why can't I lose weight when I exercise? When I create a 650 calorie deficiet through diet alone I lose about 2.5 lbs a week. When I excercise daily or close to it (still maintaining a 650 calorie deficiet, while estimating calories burned) I don't lose weight. Even if I'm somewhat overestimating calories burned I would still be close to a 500 cal def. I don't get it! =)
