Hurricane Earl 'blows out' and into a tropical storm

Hurricane Earl is ploughing its way up the U.S. east coast. Although it's been downgraded to a tropical storm, several states declared an emergency as strong winds and heavy rains tore through the seaboard. No casualties were reported as the most vulnerable areas were evacuated in time. But more rough weather is on its way, as another storm is heading towards the region.
