Mooter Media Limited (ASX: MMZ) is pleased to advise that it has completed an agreement with Hollywood-based Wink Martindale Enterprises ("WME") to jointly produce and commercialize its extensive portfolio of skill and contest games, competitions and games-formatted television shows. The agreement affords Mooter the exclusive rights to any and all of WME's properties for global web, Internet TV, 'Webisodes', online and mobile use, as well as the additional rights to worldwide cable, broadcast and free-to-air television deployment.

Wink Martindale has an extraordinary career in film, television and radio spanning over 50 years and culminating in his award, in 2006, of a 'Hollywood Walk of Fame' Star on Hollywood Boulevard. He is also one of the original inductees into American TV Game Show Hall of Fame. Over the years, Mr Martindale has hosted such significant US game shows as 'Trivial Pursuit', 'Debt', 'High Rollers', 'Gambit' and 'Tic-Tac-Dough'.

He is equally known and remembered for his 1959 spoken word rendition of the classic - 'Deck of Cards', which topped worldwide music charts and gained Platinum status. It remains an icon of the genre, to this day. Mr Martindale recently hosted 'Instant Recall', a hidden-camera game show currently playing to over 72 million homes in the United States and Canada on the GSN Network.
