Sprint Jet Boat Racing, USSBA National finals 2011

Sept 17, 2011 USSBA sprint boat racing finals held at Extreme Sports Park, Port Angeles, WA. This was the first event held at this brand new track. The racing was great and the event was well run, especially for a first event. If you have not seen Jet sprint boats in person, you need to get out to a race. All footage was shot and edited by me.

@whitespiritwest this was the first sprint boat race I had been to. I had seen the boats on the internet and really wanted to check it out. I was not dissapointed. And the crowd was very family oriented. Just alot of people out enjoying a very unique form of racing and having a beautiful time. I wish the dept of ecology would take care of the big things like the pollution in elliot bay or the duwamish river and finish cleaning up all the old smelter sites and leave this be. Its a fantastic track

I was not able to attend the live race! Wow you did a great job of making me want to make it to the next one. This is wonderful footage of our new track in Port Angeles, Wa. Althought the Dept of Ecology is trying to shut it down, I do hope everyone that enjoyed this race and the video, will post there praise here for a good clean sport. Thank you, USSBA and slobert1970, this is grea!!!!!
