[WIP Mugen] Melty Blood Actress Again

Please note that this is the custom portait version of the screenpack that's being shown here. There is also a normal portrait version which contains more than 220 slots if you're wondering if there's going to be more slots.

This is my current work in progress for Mugen: Melty Blood Actress again hi-res screenpack. Technically still a beta, but I've been trying my best to mimic the select screen and lifebars so far. I may be missing a few things here and there, but like I said it's still incomplete and will improve as I start to work on it more.
