Cold Hearted Ch.3

I know it's been like 4 months and I'm so sorry I've been really really really busy for the past couple months but I've been writing so expet a lot of chapters soon!

Kelsie's POV

Social anxiety I guess.. I take a pill out of the orange canister grab a water and swallow the pill with a drink. I think I'll go swimming.. Alone of course- gosh I'm pathetic. I go upstairs and change into my swim suit, my floral coverup wrap thingy, and sandals. I go downstairs grab my cherry red 50's style bike and ride down to the lake.
When I get to the edge of the lake I make sure no one is there and take off my coverup, kick off my sandals. I slowly get in, the water is still cold. I can barely breathe. I hear the water move, someone was with me.. I hold my breath and look over. I see a curly headed boy, his eyes deep brown. And freckles dotted his body like sprinkles. Haha weird analogy but it's what I thought of! He saw me and I froze, I lifted myself out of the water and put my shoes back on.
??: Wait! I didn't mean to scare you! *the boy jumped out of the water and grabbed my arm, it scared me and I pulled away*
Kelsie: I-it's fine
??: I'm sorry, I didn't know anyone was here
Kelsie: It's ok, but if I may... uh.. who are you, I've never seen you before
??: My name is Nick, I just moved here from Richmond.
Kelsie: A-and your brothers wouldn't happen to be Kevin and Joe would they??
Nick: Yes they are why??
Kelsie: I think you are my neighbor
Nick: OH! Your sisters are Loraine and... er.. uh... hmm..
Kelsie: Jennifer
Nick: That's it
Kelsie: Yep that's them *he's got an adorable smile*

Kelsie's POV

Nick: Swimming alone??
Kelsie: Well I'm not alone now am I??
Nick: Doesn't look like it *he smirked at me*
Kelsie: *I looked down at my feet*
Nick: Well would you like to do something?? Maybe-
Kelsie: Sure, uhm...
NIck: *a smile comes across his face* When is good for you??
Kelsie: Anytime really, oh wow I'm pathetic
Nick: Not even close!
Kelsie: *I laugh, gosh he's sweet!*
Nick: So, this friday right after school I'll pick you up!
Kelsie: Okay, th-thanks, see ya then *I walk off... thanks??? Thanks???!!! Did I seriously just say "thanks" for taking me on a date! I am SOOOO PATHETIC!!!!*

Nick's POV

I am such a loser! And pushy, she's just so pretty, and pretty and *sigh* pretty........... I looked down and noticed my hands were shaking and my vision started to blur. I need to get home before this gets worse. I got in the Mustang and headed home.

(A Quick Overview of what happens)

Kelsie comes down with a summer sickness and can't go on the date. They don't really talk for the rest of the summer.

I went to the one in Murfreesboro Tennesse! I love them! And their show this year! Especially when the percussionists strip because I saw that guy in the middle, the long hair one and he looks completely different in person! But anyway I saw him and fell in love I swear! His hair is just so AHHHHH!!! I also got to see Phantom Regiment I love them! But I didn't get to see the Cavies! (Cavaliers) They're my fave! Phantom's show was great! But the Boston Crusaders show was like porno for band kids!

haha that last sentence made me giggle! but i've seen bands probably just as bad ^-^ i personally like Blue Devil's only saw them once on a tv screen haha but i still think their pretty awesome and still NO FAIR!

God the Blue Devils suck! I didn't think their show was interesting last year and I also didn't like the show this year! I hated it! It was a jumbled mess! And they just took chair out on the field and sat down and got up occasionally! THAT'S NOT MARCHING THANK YOU!!! lol Yeah the Crusader's guard was like.... Ew! They were wearing shear tiny pieces of material! And belly dancing and their show was "Temptations"... Go figure... BLEH!
