@moatguy That sounds true. I also wonder if that person I mentioned who tried stealing 20 dollars was a prank caller too whether he would get arrested if he was caught prank calling or be fined at first. That's also true that Grover assaulted Fat Blue but, I wonder if he hurt Fat Blue at all by pulling off his clothes where he might not have since Grover is always nice to Fat Blue (of course, that's a rule to be nice to the customers on the job) even though Fat Blue gets angry at him a lot.

Well that's stealing. If you steal these days no matter how old you are you don't get arested at first you just get fined then you go to jail if you steal again. But crimes like asult' murder' drug dealing' police impersionation' police cheek'etc are seriours crimes and you still stand trial and go to jail no matter how old you are. Grover did do some asult knocking Fat Blue down.

@moatguy I didn't know about that. I once knew a 13 year old boy (he wasn't my friend, especially because he was a thief) who broke into a store in the middle of the night and tried stealing 20 dollars and the alarm went off but he stayed there and the police arrived telling him they will excuse him that time but saying if he does it again, they will send him to juevenille home. They probably excused him because of his early teenage years which is why he wasn't arrested.

It doesn't matter how old you are. Even young people go to jail too. Not adult jails though.
