Just before my run this morning, I tested to see if I could do some negatives and holds with one arm. I was shocked I could. Woohoo....on the road to doing an actual one arm chinup!! :D I'm one happy gal!! Now this is what gets me super excited to keep pushing strength!! I LOVE IT!!!

I tried this myself earlier today at the end of my back workout and couldn't hold myself, even for a second! That's damn tough... and really impressive! :-)
