135 Degrees. What? C or F? If 135'C then you've got a nice kettle going for ya! Best to have a few bubblers with cold water in to removed the steam.

the gas is mix of hydrogen and oxgyen that guage can not used it will give a false
reading, do you home work, use a bottle to prove you results.

I don't know much about hho. but I have fish tank , it sound like a big water pump.
show the tank cell from your truck .
I do not wish to be overly critical but this is not a valid test of the performance of your device nor a valid measure of its output ... if you are really getting a steady 20 lpm of output on 12v @ 15-20 amps, you have solved the world's energy crisis and should step forward to receive your Nobel prize ...
I suggest you contact the IHHOI to arrange validation of the performance of your device ...
