I made this video quickly in spare time when i was supposed to be revising for my exams but ah well. Horses are abused all around the world every day even if it's not extreme it can be so easy to neglect a horse without knowing which is what im trying to get through in my video. I met this horse that was going to be taken away to the Slaughter house. She was skin and bone. but she could have been a gorgeous little Black filly. She was in pain you could see. Al she wanted to to was lie down and lay her head on your lap and want attention. When you pat her you could feel the bones and all the rough hair from not being groomed in over 4 years. She was sitting in a muddy paddock all this time. It's so sad to see something so beautiful go to waste

umm well i think you have a really good point. but the beginning where the owner abuses it because it went lame is not a very usual reason. you might want to think of a different reason like, the owner ran out of money, or the owner decided she/he didnt have time for the horse and didnt want it anymore.

people who do this to poor horses arnt really horsemen's or horse womens. My horse was lame for 2 years because a student was irresponsible with him he pulled his leg and neck muscles i stayed with him still doing soft training untill he got better. when i finally fully bought him his owner said he isnt a good dressage horse, he'd never canter. and look at us now. we won 14 first place ribbions 2 champions 2 reserves. throphies for most improved. every day i love him more, and its been 6 years
