  • Video #2 of Brenda Flanagan exposing the Cretin Debt Collectors.

Everyone should learn the Laws about Debt Collections and how they are constantly trampled on by these people; and everyone should learn about the people that help them get away with it.

  • Fuck these assholes. I have a $115,000 suit that is pending right now. These assholes thought I was just another easy push over. I'm throwing the biggest party for me and all my friends and recording it and then sending it to these assholes with a note that says... Thanks a lot let's do this again real soon !!! With everybody flipping them off and me holding up my settlement check.

  • Credit cards companies liquidate you Depository Trust Fund with the IRS. Meaning there is a bond behind everyone's social security number. So when you fill out a credit card contract they get paid already for that money. Then when you dont pay it they get paid again. Banks dont lend money just numbers from one account ledger to another. The only real money is the working citizen of America. And they are using us as commodity and slaves stealing our sweat and equity.

  • I'm a Debt Collector :D

  • That should be classed as manslaughter most definatly

  • you ever notice that the only people who "back" the debt collectors are those who have never had to deal with that problem? interesting right? i think its called...Argument from ignorance.

where you start off not knowing the workings or anything about a subject, except the fact that you saw it, heard about it or something. and then claim you know everything about being in that situation without ever truly being in those shoes.

1 day in the ghetto of anywhere usa, and all these opinions change

  • @KingBritigan

dude...wheres your soul? seriously... your worried about a interest rate on a friggin credit card, and not a persons rights?

what if it was you... what if.. god forbid, a tornado came thru and destroyed your home, car, and job, went downtown and then took away the bank. now you have no insurance, cause well,, tornado's dont pass by often around your way. Now..your in the hole..you spent all your money on getting everything back..but your in the hole..

    would your tune change then?

  • @Rainy809

GOD SOMEONE GETS IT! OMG!!!! FINALLY!!!!!

  • DEBT COLLECTORS ARE SCUM!!!

  • Caught On Camera....COC!!!!!!

  • What I found out sometime later was that the check I sent was indeed cashed so they got their money. Some of the tactics they describe in the video, I've experienced first hand. A lot of these debt collectors really don't care about the accuracy of the records. As far as their concerned what it says on their computer screen is what the truth is.

  • That's exactly what I'm saying. Some debtors aren't honest but some are. I remember being 18 once and made my last payment to ATT. Some weeks later I started getting harassed by a collection agency. At the time I really didn't know what my rights were but I refused to pay them because I already sent ATT that last check. (con't)

  • @ThePepper To be fair though not all debtors are honest people.

Some debtor obtaining goods and serives with no intention of paying. That is what I would contsider theft.
