If you weren't a girl this video would get so much hate.

@lightspeed82 its an assisted CHINUP not pullup....yes, much easier than true one arm chinups. however, more challenging than standarded chinups. this video old....i am now workin on negative one arm chinups. in this video i am using my other hand more but now i don't really hold on too much and when i get to the top, i let go and try to slowly lower myself.

If you want to get stronger, lower your hand from your wrist to your elbow. Then to your bicep. Eventually, you'll be able to put your hand on your shoulders and then under your arm pit. Then you'll get your OAC. Good luck :)
This guy has THE best OAC tutorial on youtube:

OUTSTANDING!!! Way to go!!! Inspiring...

@calisthenicsqueen Is performing one-arm chinup negatives helping you surpass your regular (2-arm) chin-up &/or pull-up record? I seem to have hit a plateau in pull-ups, and it's very frustrating!

Wow, that was awesome... I'm a guy who's been a gym member for quite some time now and I still can't do 1 unassisted pull-up, lol.
