Our final days

end of the world, experiment gone wrong... particle chasing experiment creates black hole that slowly sucks up our solar system. muahahaha. I did this using clips from documentaries and movies, mostly bbc. I edited it to appear like an alien documentary on how we "humans" blew ourselves up.
Watch it for what it is and what it triggers in you, and keep in mind its not an anti-LHC video. its just an exercise of sci-fi, imagination, video-edit and existencialism.

Here's the textual intro I wrote for this "alien documentary":

This is the story of Earth,
a 4.4 billion year old planet, 100 000 light years away.
It was once a rare oasis of life,
and birthplace to an ancient and now extinct civilization - Humans.

A long, long time ago,
Humans dominated their home world
and through the use of technology.,
they discovered many of the Universe's secrets.

Then, an experiment took place in Cern,
in mid 2008 - in Earth's calendar.
Its purpose was to prove the existence
of an elusive and fundamental particle of the Universe
by many refered to as GOD particle.

The results of that experiment were devastating,
causing a rip in the universal fabric.
Within moments gravity colapsed
giving rise to a massive black hole
that slowly engulfed their entire star system,
thus wiping out their entire civilization.

Our knowledge of them
comes from their radio signals,
which are still travelling to the far corners of the galaxy.

@WatkoProductions Our mear existance suggest a higher order. Any backing of scientific proof anyone can bring forward can only prove the How but not the why.

If the Big bang is true, who or what put all of the atoms into existance in order for them to form everything that we know? Some, like myself believe in evolution but it only teaches me the how I came to be but not why I came to be. Religion can be a door way to ones understanding of being. I for one do not exist to just exist.

Some of you have no idea how much mass AND energy AND extreme conditions are required to make such an object like a massive black hole. In fact, lots of colisions with energies above the ones at LHC are happening right now in our atmosphere between oxigen atoms and cosmic radiations every second since... well... since always, and yet here we are. I would recommend not to attend these bad jokes and actually care about UV radiation from the sun, so start to wear solar screen.

@MasterCSX when earth first started, the seas were extreamly hot with many chemicals, there were amino acids in these chemicals. the amino acids began linking together over billions of years, that is how the natural chemicals acted, sort of like how magnets attracted eachother. from these amino acid chain links,the first cells came, and from the first cells, all life came. We are special in our minds only. in reality, we are no diffrent than any other element and chemical in the universe.

@leeyoungsb75 Well said. Well said. I too believe in evolution. But someone or something had to plant the seed that grew into what we call life today. However the question still remains....who? I think this generation will be witnesses to some startling truths regarding our existence.
