Hobie Rudder Cams can cause many problems with the helming of your Hobie. Check the cams are not locked down or broken in any way. If the rudder is not locked down while you are sailing the rudder lifts up and creates weather helm, in other words, you find yourself fighting the steering of the boat. Hope this short clip helps you determine the problem with your steering.
