  • As far as illegal wars go, who determines illegality? Or war criminals for that matter? The UN? A feckless, incompetent and downright harmful organization? If you think the UN is the answer, ask the 100,000 Rwandans who died due to the cowardice and illegal acts of the UN.

  • I certainly don't think the UN is the answer- and the documentary in no way promotes the UN.

  • Thanks for the comment-We had to speed up the text so that it could fit into the time limit that youtube places on videos. It is slowed down in the full length version that will be released in February.

  • I'm a Canadian and I am not proud of my country, at all. The government is corrupt, just like the U.S. and every other country. The elite control everything, everywhere. Our "health care" has been declining for years, Monsanto has taken over the food supply and "Health Canada", just like the FDA is in their back pocket;(the same with big pharma) not to mention the H1N1 scare tactics and the poison vaccines. I was a teenager, growing up in the '60s and this is NOT the same country!

  • Canada is an imperialist nation and has been for 400 years, the country legally genocides its aboriginal ppl and the UN allows it. Blood Quantum is a Nazi tactic for genocide

  • @kevinj84

These definitions were created so we could charge the Nazis for gassing folks.

Our leaders need laws to know its wrong to attack peaceful countries and murder innocent civilians.

Why is the UN so impotent? Same reason you don't hear UN vote results each week: USA vetoes more bills to promote peace and stop murder than any other country.

USA's veto killed those Rwandans. Please check the UN voting records.

Its time we take 'em to the Hague and get some justice folks!

  • one gets out of the UN what one puts in to the UN...that is to say if the countries w/ power (g8/NATO nations) are not willing to support the institution then the actions of the institution will be indicative of that...in other words the UN has precedence for power but in reality it is a powerless institution

  • @MapleBalls afghanistan didn't attack canada, some internationals residing all over the middle east did, and the usa launches missiles into pakistan regularly without permission an attack on america does not necessitate our involvement, especially when they keep their army back to invade an uninvolved country, iraq

most canadians would like to see their army do good, not the will of some usa politician who has a grudge against his daddy's rival

  • @bztheman UN sanctioned military action? I don't see an issue in that case why complain about it?

  • Quebec wants its independance, now!

  • To many educated people...thinking they know too much...and are tying to make the world a differet place!

  • @nichols1ofmany NATO countries better put their depleted uranium away, and fix themselves, before meddling in others affairs.

  • @gabbio9 ...making them now part of the ongoing occupation.

  • @pakisg8 There are very real hells brewing all over this country - they're just kept well out of public (mainstream, middle-class and up) view

  • @leethstarwatcher Its true that no nation is a paragon of goodness, but the point is that Canada gets all of its political mileage internationally on the myth that it is exactly that - "a paragon of goodness". And it is every bit as corrupt as anywhere else and we are paying for it with the sweat of our brow and never asking hard questions - which makes us just as culpable. Just because you don't see it yourself in your own personal environment does not mean that it isn't happening,
