Alfred - The Bear

The Bear by Vladimir Rebikov from Alfred's Group Piano for Adults Book 1 Second Edition. This book was recommended to me and helps the student to learn the basics of piano playing. It is difficult to obtain in the UK and so was purchased from Amazon in the USA. I'll be uploading the solo repertoires from this book. Ideally it is meant to be used under supervision of a piano teacher as I feel it has a steep learning curve for absolute beginners. You can listen to the midi files on CD that accompany this book to help you with how the examples should be played. The CD which comes with the book has the midi file tempo at 116. This seems too quick as it is marked as Andante in the book. I play it at 105bpm. Switching between 2nd 4th and 3rd and 5th fingers difficult so kept 24 fingering going from DbF to EbG
