i do find your videos inspiring, but my question would be why you have to say that it's "80/10/10" that helped you out and not just a raw vegetable and fruit diet? You sound like a very honest person, but why give credit to one book by one guy

Dr. Douglas Graham doesn't ever claim to be the first person to suggest a diet of low fat raw fruit and veggies, yet he did write a very good book on the subject. His target name of 801010 is something that I feel markets the message very directly and hopefully it will grow as a known type of 'diet'. It's a marketing name and we live in a society that likes marketing names - it will help the growth of the diet in the long term, so I like to use the term as much as possible.

What a cute amazing video. I am getting the 80/10/10 book hopefully soon. I feel very very great when I eat 80/10/10, but I would like to become more informed about it.
You might already know this, but Green smoothies are a great way to incorporate more greens and as for emotional eating they definitely help me feel satisfied physically, emotionally, and mentally. I can't say I've felt better from any other food ever.
If you haven't already, pick up the book Green for Life.

I agree that the more greens the better. Most animals eat a far majority of calories from greens, but they literally eat them all day long. I know when I am eating 6 heads of romaine a day I am feeling my best, but I have to chew a lot!
