Obama LIED to the American people when he told you that the Cap and Trade Bill will ONLY cost you about $150.00 per YEAR in higher electric bills.

When he was campaigning for President in 2008, he ADMITTED that "electricity bills would necessarily SKYROCKET" with his Cap and Trade Bill.

On June 26, 2009, the Cap and Trade Bill narrowly passed through the House of Representatives. It will now go to the Senate for a vote. We MUST take our country back. STOP your Senator from voting FOR this ridiculous bill.

This administration has played with your guilt feelings that it is YOUR fault that there is "global warming". Global warming is a hoax to get more of YOUR hard earned dollars!

We, the American People CAN stop this fiasco, but we must ALL take action. If all of us would call our Senators and tell them to vote NO on this Cap and Trade Bill, we could stop it in its tracks. If we just sit around complaining and we do NOTHING, then prepare to spend a LOT of extra money per month on electricity. Prepare to lose MORE American jobs as companies outsource yet more jobs overseas because the burdens of high taxes and this stupid carbon tax forces them to do so. This bill will not do anyone any good except for hypocrites like Al Gore who lives in a huge mansion using 20 times the electricity and energy that any of us do. He jets off all over the world leaving all these so-called "carbon footprints", yet Al Gore has made billions of dollars on this so-called global warming issue. He is a hypocrite and has made his billions on the backs of the American people. STOP HIM NOW!!!

Obama does not care about this planet and certainly does not care about America. Neither does Nancy Pelosi. She is an evil woman who wants to bring this country down.

However, we the people DO have rights and we DO have power, but we must exercise it!

CALL YOUR SENATOR AND CALL HIM OR HER OFTEN!! Tell them that if they want to be re-elected, they had better vote NO on this Cap and Trade Bill.

Remember, this is too important to sit around complaining, we MUST take action. Do it peacefully, but call your Senators and be firm yet polite. Don't use nasty language, that gets you nothing but the phone hung up in your face. Call them, be polite, but be firm. Tell them you are a VOTER and you will vote them OUT if they vote for this Cap and Trade Bill.

So if I understand correctly in order to clean our air and limit polution further our electric bills will go up some. That's what I heard.

What I am hearing from everyone else is keep on polluting I can't afford another 10 dollars a month but I can certainly spend 10 bucks fattening my ass at MacDonalds. I don't know you tell me... How about stop having 6 and 7 kids and reduce the population down to 5 billion or less than 1 extra billion every decade, maybe then there would be less pollution.
