It really cracks me up reading the comments of people that think the series is a joke. I would be very surprised if any of these people have actually done any of the work outs. Granted, if your goal is to lose a lot of weight using nothing but these, it probably won't work all that well. But I think the whole idea of the series is more about becoming comfortable with your body and feeling sexy. And they do give you a better workout than you might think. I also think Carmen is beautiful. :}
