Grilled hot wings, curb-side, in the Alameda, just next to Bellas Artes. The wings were bathed in vinegar and Hunt's BBQ Sauce and finished with Maggi, chile con limon, more BBQ sauce, and Valentina hot sauce. They were tangy, sweet, spicy, with a nice kick of umami from the maggi. They were also very tender and juicy with good char. Even a little smokey from the mesquite coals.
