    @Skicolorado75 : It may be because of your grip. The barbell should be in line with your wrist so it doesn't push your hand backwards.

  • Love the German cyborg...Great job, on the lifts, did these today, they kill my wrists.

  • Practice racking position...much easier to rest weight there then fully extended above your head.
