Note: song has been pitch shifted.
"Heaven, help me, could it be? No, it couldn't possibly..."
Why, yes, it is a new Eomer/Arwen video! And about time too, eh? Lol.
This video has been "in-progress" for several months now, due to the fact that I originally started this with an entirely different song, storyline, etc., and then scrapped that whole project. Why? Well, I'd sort of vidded myself into a hole that I couldn't get out of, so I had no choice. Honestly, the original video/idea was terribly anyways.
So this video both does and does not follow the lyrics. Yes, in a way, it does, but it does also have it's own little story beneath it which sort of doesn't follow the lyrics. Idk, maybe that makes no sense at all.
Plot:
Eomer and Arwen have been good friends for a long time and developed serious feeling s for each other. There's a problem though: Elrond does not approve of his daughter being romantically involved with a human, a mortal. To him, that is a great disgrace and he feels Arwen can do better. He does his best to keep the two friends/lovers apart, which angers Eomer and distresses Arwen. She begins to suffer from depressive thoughts, her heart beginning the process of breaking...torn between her father and Eomer. (Remember, elves can only die in battle and of a broken heart.) Finally, one day, Elrond banishes Eomer from the elven realm on pain of imprisonment, even death. Arwen feels as though her life has spiraled out of control; she cannot chase after Eomer because she knows that her father would chase after her...she and Eomer would never be free or safe. Falling into an even deeper depression, Arwen begins to waste away, her broken heart killing her slowly from the inside out. She lays down one night, knowing it shall be her "last night." As her body begins to fade away, her spirit reaches out to Eomer, who sits in his encampment on the edge of the elven realm, just waiting for the moment when he and his men may slip into Rivendell and retrieve Arwen. Upon realizing what is happening (when her spirit/soul appears and begins to fade away), he races into Rivendell, no longer caring for stealth, straight to Arwen's side. His voice calling to her, telling her to "please be alive, for me" jolts her spirit back into her body, immediately ceasing her degradation. Elrond enters and, realizing how much Eomer and Arwen both need each other in order to survive and live happy lives, consents to their wedding.

Yay, happy endings! :D
WHOAAAAA!!! Great Video!!! And I agree on the intro, it´s epic :-) Éomer is such a great character and Karl Urban an awesom actor, I was thinking about making a vid by myself about him. What video software are you using for the effects?
