Very easy but tedious. Lower its defenses with the Tickle Stick, then try using the Smoke Bomb (low chance of working), and always use the PK Thunder PSI - Alpha. If you lucky Wess will use his special dealing about 100+ damage. Also I finished the boss off the the bomb, only if you have them on you, use them.
