RULING: Emanuel Ineligible for Chicago Mayors Race

http://RTR.org | http://RealityReport.TV | TRANSCRIPT: It looks like Rahm Emanuel will be joining the roughly 14.5 million unemployed Americans because as of Jan 24 the Illinois state appellate court ruled that he is ineligible to appear on the February 22nd mayoral ballot.

Emanuel plans to avoid the unemployment line by appealing the decision to the Illinois Supreme Court. He intends to request and injunction so his name will remain on the Chicago Mayoral Ballot.

the appellate panel overturned the Chicago Board of Election Commissioner's unanimous decision that Emanuel was in fact eligible to stay on the ballot despite not meeting the residency requirement.

In order to meet the requirement Emanuel would have had to have of lived in Chicago for a year prior to the election. Emanuel has claimed residency in Washington DC from January 2009 until October, while he worked as Chief of Staff for President Obama. Chicago Mayor Daley announced he would not seek re-election did inspiring Rahm to resign his post at Obama's side.
The other candidates in the Race for mayor, U.S. Sen. Carol Moseley Braun, Miguel del Valle, Gery Chico, and William Doc Walls clearly stand to gain with this new Court Ruling.

Rob Halpin is still Rahm Emanuel's tenant where Emanuel once claimed residency.

It's rather amazing to consider that someone as politically savvy as Emanuel could have overlooked such an important factor before resigning his white house position, now conveniently occupied by Mayor Daley's brother.

But as anyone in Chicago knows no political move goes without proper calculation and the Judges in the Illinois Supreme court will have to make the final call. The question remains, Will Rahm, Daley or Obama call the Judges to return a few favors? It's Illinois, you tell me. For the Reality Report, I'm Gary Franchi.

I like the Tomorrow's world theme. I don't vote anymore because of vote fraud. I would rather revolt than vote. I knew that Rahm was going to be Mayor of Chicago. His ineligibility was just an informality. If we can allow a non-U.S. citizen become President, we can allow a former Wall St. crook become mayor of Chicago. He's just another corrupt puppet running an already corrupt city. Just look at him. He even looks dishonest! I wouldn't be surprised if Obama won re-election too. Bush did.

Update. Today Jan 27, 2011 the Illinois Supreme Court ruled that Rahm Emanuel's name will be on the ballot. The corruption never ends with these zionist pigs.

Any Person with Dual Citizenship should NOT be allowed and be ineligible to run for ANY office in the US until they give up their citizenship to the other country. This is only fair since an American citizen born in the US CAN NOT has to relinquish their US citizenship if they become a citizen of another country.
