PSU Plains Overlord/R TA GM

TA of Plains/Overlord/R on the JP servers.

As you can see, lag doesn't help! But otherwise, excluding a few errors it's a really nice run. Character is Essen ♀ CAST GM lv180/20. Bullets aren't all maxed and I don't have optimal equipment yet so it's probably possible to do better (maybe below 9 minutes if you don't lag like this).

Plains Overlord/R is a restricted mission. Restrictions for this one are: you are LV20, can't use Trimates, can't use EX traps (who cares!) and can't equip a Body Unit.

As far as I've aware, there aren't any armors you can use as a Gunmaster at level 20. So what are you using?

I was thinking about getting an acc on the JP servers because of the tragic closing of the US PC servers. But after watching this, I'm not sure I would have the patience to deal with the lag between attack and hit. Is it really as bad as in the video all the time?

BTW, incredible run. I'm the 360 servers right now and I can only get about 12 minutes.

@Helepheil Yeah it's always like that. I'm in Europe so it's pretty much the other side of the world but it's bad from the US too.

I'm doing a PSU server right now, to fix lag issue we'll put a server in america and another in europe and link them together. Maybe one uni per server, maybe not, I'm not decided yet. PSU has no anti-lag mechanism like you would find in PC FPS games so it's really annoying.

@maidenessen Actually, I was looking for a private server not to terribly long ago and I stumbled across one that looked fairly good except from what I read, there was no missions yet. Then I realized it was run by a person named Essen. And then I used the spare time I had... Cause I have a lot... and that's how I found you on PSUPedia and effectively, on You Tube.

How is the server coming along, BTW?

@Helepheil Almost have NPC parties working, just a few quirks to fix. Had colony missions for a few weeks now. Hoping to make NPC characters work so I can add story missions and hopefully find more unknown stuff about missions before putting more work on them.
