All right subscribers--it's time to upload a gig from the North American leg of the Hot Space Tour! Oakland 1982 is probably the best gig on the leg--due to the fact that Queen are absolutely on fire: Every band member sounds extremely energetic, and offer an excellent performance overall: The crowd is extremely enthusiastic, and Freddie has a ball on stage with them! The quality is great overall, and somewhat incomplete (the encores are missing, and there's some cuts throughout). Freddie's voice is in pretty good shape--and unlike some other gigs on this leg (like the New York ones), he WISELY doesn't go for some of the higher notes (and fail)!
ENJOY!!!
Note: This is the first time the full version of the fast "We Will Rock You," is played since the European leg. The band are clearly excited during the song, and mess the ending of the middle section (but they recover).
Note 2: Freddie has a lot of fun on stage with the audience!
Note 3: This gig marks the first known performance of "Put Out The Fire." It's quite a good version!
Yep! Good old Freddie!

I don't think the tour was underrated (it seems to get lots of praise), but the album is underrated!

I think his dedication of this song is a bit vulgar, but that's Freddie I guess; a message from him to all the Guys in the audience.

Do you think the Hot Space Tour was very underrated than the album? I don't think so.

A version more or less slow.
