I am a new mobile DJ who is trying to build up a music collection. I have recently joined Top Hits USA and they are amazing! I have one issue though: As of now, they only go back to 2008. Do you have any recommendations as to where I can go to complete my collection? Atleast until Top Hits USA gets a more complete library.

My friend has subscribed to Top Hits USA For well over 10 Years! The one CD that they have is called the recurrents (The Best Tracks Of That Month) Pretty Sweet! It Comes Every Other Month.

Traderpete...I've been a subscriber to TOP HITS USA over 10 years. I currently subscribe monthly and all of the discs i receive are replicated(pressed) not CDR'S.
Prime Cuts Plus from Jones TM is another one you need to look at. Same weekly service as RPM, only it's cheaper. One of the major differences - and I don't know if it's all that bad - is that because these services release so frequently, they cut their CDs on CD-Rs not pressed CDs like Promo Only. The jury is still out on how long the CD-Rs will last.

What's so cool about the Top Hits DVD is that everything is already tagged for you. No typing, no waiting for iTunes or Windows Media Player to come up with the tags for you, no ripping and NO MISTAKES. Just drag, drop and done!

What I've found is with other music services, I have to subscribe to so many different formats to get the music I need that I'm spending more than I would spend for the DVD... and the DVD has more music and covers more artists. My current music service, for some reason, misses some artists and songs that I have to end up buying outright :(
