There are no proper roads leading to the village of Nyangoma-Kogelo. Facilities are basic. But it's here that one of Barack Obama's most committed supporters lives - his 86 year old grandmother, 'Mama Obama'.
Even at 86, Obama's grandmother still does "agricultural work". Photos of her grandson hang from every wall. Obama was just two when his parents separated. She recalls his last visit with pride. "He was very happy to come back to his roots". During the Iowa Caucus, Mama Obama sat up all night and listened as her grandson's victory was declared. "It's like a football match and he scored the first goal. Now we are waiting for the others."

I don't know what is wrong with people that they attribute skin color into decision making. Obama is doing well for America, it would have been worst if not for him in power. I bet we would have had the 3rd world war going on by now..lol.. Syria, Iran, Middle East, North Korea et.c. The President does identify himself as a black man. But he in reality he was born biologically and genetically bi-racial just like Mariah Carey & Derek Jeter. Black & White races mixed & combined together. But we have a difference in opinion which is fine. There are those people who like to call all bi-racial people all black?
