@fenderbender256 .. hmm.. if a store is robbed & the clerk/security guard shoots the bandit on the way out, it's justified,.. even the LEO's are justified in shooting & killing 'an unarmed suspect when he fled the scene/resisted arrest/disobeyed their orders'...
umm.. now i wasn't there in his shoes,.. but why didn't he draw & order him to stop & drop what he'd taken?
he is allowed to make a citzens arrest..
then again, if he'd been wearin a badge, there'd be no question about it,..
