Leaked docs: UN wants troops in Libya - mandate optional

The UN has already prepared a document that will ensure its presence in Libya. The plan proposes 200 military observers to begin with a multi-national force and 190 UN police, says Matthew Lee, human rights activist and journalist for InnerCityPress.com, who broke the story.

@mispistoleros - When China goes into a country to bid on oil projects, they also build up the infrastructure of the country. That alone is way more than what the west does. Business with China does not come with strings like the west imposes on a country. The African dictators for the most part are supported and put in place by the West. However, if that dictator decides to grant China oil or mineral contracts, the dictator finds he is no longer western backed
