@jackofjapan I was thinking the same thing! LOL I even made a list of some of the phrases that are overused on here... "step up", "at the end of the day", "throw [him/her] under the bus", "too many chefs in the kitchen", etc... all annoying, overused, middle-management "buzzwords" if you will

My experience with brainstorming is that you say all the ideas you can no matter how stupid without criticism. They are all written on the board and then you delete the ones that don't work and expand on the good ones. Critiquing comes in the second part rather than putting down an idea as it it given. The idea is that this will not disrupt the creative juices.

Randall in my eyes will always be the best apprentice. I would like to see war of the apprentices season 1,2,3,4,5,6 that'll be awsome.
