A food distribution exercise in President Kibakis backyard, Othaya, almost turned chaotic as thousands of residents queued for food rations that were meant to be for the most needy. Local leaders had planned to distribute food to 1,300 people but over 5000 people turned up, and demanded a share of the food rations.
What a bout Turkana, Wajir, Mandara people? Have they been served with food? Is it coz it's Presidents back yard? This is where tribalism comes in.

Just by a casual look at their faces one promptly concludes these people do not deserve relief food. Yes we have the poor in Nyeri like in other parts of the country but if you traspose this image on those Kenyans in Turkana, Lower Eastern and other regions then it really makes a mokery of the whole gov effort. This smells and smells dams rotten

Point made!
On the other hand Edenskid no president can make rains fall from skies or make farming decisions for individual farmers!
All 40 Million Kenyans will have to make tough choices and adopt to the changed climate conditions. Gov'ts don't have answers, gov'ts are the problem.

But then these people will just vote in the president just because he is their tribesman.... for too long, the Kalenjins supported Moi. But now look, are the Kalenjins any better than the rest of Kenyans? No. They remain as poor. What of Moi? He remains one of Kenya's richest men. So the lesson is this: these leaders STEAL FOR THEMSELVES not for tribe- so let us not vote or fight for them just because they are our tribesmen but vote BEST PEOPLE regardless of tribe
