http://www.facebook.com/strengthproject This roll is very important to know if you are jumping around outside on the concrete, or even at the gym. Whether your doing stunts, parkour or freerunning, this roll is useful.

This can be called the PK Parkour Safety Roll, the Judo Roll, Shoulder Roll, and various other names. Enjoy the tutorial!

  • I saw two other videos and they sucked! This was the best one! Great job man!

  • BOOM! ::thumbs up::

  • @experimentalcake yes, just be careful of the impact on your shoulder. The hands are used to post so you can set your shoulder down softly. But mess around and see what works best for you.

  • @dakporto i think ur going to be fcked up o.o (just start practicing in a soft floor )

  • what if you over rotate from a backflip?

  • @experimentalcake in judo, jiu jitsu and aikido we practice these rolls "armless" too. So, its yes you can. However, its a bit of a risk on a hard surface since the fingers and tricep provide a surprising amount of spring and margin for error to the surface.

  • Is it okay if I don't post with my hands and just do the look?

  • @sk81sf4n there isn't a Spain flag :(

  • Thank you so much. You explain it very well :)
