Hannah Park plays Prelude and Fugue No.17 in A flat major BWV 862 in Book 1 by J. S. Bach. Recorded on April, 2010 at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Encouraging and thoughtful comments are always welcome and very appreciated.
I'm playing this for an exam and I'm wondering if there's a reason why the fugue is so very legato? I've been taught to play it with a few detachments.
around at :50 seconds, you might want to be a little more even and clear with the hands together for the two, it sounds mushy at times, but otherwise good job!
Dear Hannah!!! Thank you for your wonderful performance and for your brilliant talent!!! God bless you and your creativity!!! Your friends and fans Olga & Vladimir Krylov.
Avanti... it is big.
