I watched the whole season and then HBO cancelled it on a cliffhanger. People can't appreciate a deep show anymore.

I just loved this series and it's disappointing that there probably won't be anymore of it. It was beautiful and unlike anything else on TV. Also an antidote to a lot of the basic crap that's on most of the time!

One of the worst shows HBO ever produced. Absolutely pointless. even the creator admits he had no idea where he was going with it. The only worse show on HBO was Carnivale.

Among my favorite shows ever. It wasn't Deadwood, and thats fine. I still don't understand why it was such a ratings disaster. I actually thought that it was 'catchier' than Luck, which I also loved and miss. I look forward to watching it again and imagining its progression to a fitting point of closure

Man this show really left me hangin' and that really bothered me, especially the fact that we didn't know what John was. Was he an Angel, an extraterrestrial, a ghost? we'll never know and i hate not knowing.

Actually this show did not get ratings that were any worse than Mad Men or so many other shows that were allowed to continue for many seasons. This show was great and it could have really been a classic. Oh well, we will never know what is was all about.
