proboaly because it can get more risky, if the baby is too big, not enough fluid... and all that stuff. plus my baby was 8lbs 4 oz if they waited any longer he would have been too big!

@xCarxMellax how come they didn't wait till 42 weeks, my doctor told me that if everythign was good they would induce me only if i went to 42 weeks...but i read that there can be risks staying that long...ahh i dont know, my due date is in 8 days, and like you i have not had any contractions, or at least i dont feel them

oh god no wonder, i don't thinki will survive in such pain....i will stick to epidural lol

NO I didn't It was vary vary vary painful. pushing him out, I almost threw my cell across the room i had to finally turn it off people kept calling and texting i got so mad. lol but after he came out it felt so relief
