A single oz. of vodka is 75 calories. (A full jigger is actually 1.5 oz = 100 cal. so plan accordingly) Throw in a bunch of tasty, calorie-free mixers in a giant glass and you have a full hour -- or more -- of festive sipping.

  • Damn, not 21 yet. It looks sooooo yummy though. Curse the 3 more years I have to wait!

  • Love it! I can't wait to try :)

My current favourite is about 100 calories or so (1oz vodka [the lower the proof the lower the calories too I believe?], 2 oz 100% pure pomegranate juice, and fill it up with ice and your favourite sparkling water! sooooo yummy and refreshing AND full of antioxidants!)

  • You are just completely amazing.

  • HI Mattie,

I love your videos and this vodka drink seems yummy, but doesn't the flavored vodka's have a ton of sugar in it? I'm trying to stay away from sugar. Thanks for your help :)

  • I have an idea for this! Buy frozen berries in a bag from the frozen section at any grocery store, I like to buy frozen mixed berry blends from trader joes. Then get some stevia DROPS. They range around 10 dollars for a small bottle but TRUST ME they last forever. I usually can make one last for an entire year. One to four drops is PHENOMENALLY sweet. Blend 1/2 cup of the berries and just a few of the drops of stevia to taste with a couple ice cubes and then add however much vodka preferred.

  • Love this! I second another poster on the Mio drink enhancer. I just got turned on to this stuff by a friend who just lost over 100 lbs! She keeps in in her purse, so when she's out she can have a festive cocktail without the calories!

  • My new favorite diet drink is the "Three Olives" brand of vodka in the grape flavor. Use 1-2 ozs, mostly club soda and a tiny splash of a sparkling grape soda. It tastes like a popsicle and is only about 120-150 calories. Put lots of ice in it and enjoy.

  • Mattie, did you see that Sun Crystals went bye-bye ): ? Huge diva diet loss!
