@Andyman47 yes you do that right when you turn on the PDA for the first time. Oh and you can have up to 5 of them a day I think not sure though. Hope this helps

If you are counting carbs, is there somewhere to enter your carb ratio, say your 10 to 1 or 15 to 1?

just go to omnipods website and order a free trial. They send you an empty pod to wear for 3 days and a bunch of info. I'm waering mine now.

cyclicpitcher, Thanks for the video. I'm a Type 1 and have been since 97' and my Endo and CDE are supportive of me going on pump therapy. The Omnipod has caught my eye due to being a tubeless system, but I hadn't gotten a hands-on demo until I saw your video, so thanks for posting it. I do have a free demo pod coming in the mail, so I'm looking forward to getting a feel for the pod itself. I work in retail, so I think the Omnipod would give me the freedom I need to get my work done.

Excelent Video. Thanks a lot. Please tell me if there are kids size pods. My 7 year old would be interested only if we could get smaller pods.
