  • I;ve been in a mess for years because of allergies I have. For months I've had like a permanent headache/eye lid ache, real heavy. I stopped eating potatoes and its got a lot better now, maybe it is cheese causing the headaches too. Got to try and get my mind clear again its been in a haze for years so those cells need to be replenished and my body detoxed by going raw right? i'm going to see about getting a load of leafy greens like spinach and that to eat for lunch and stuff..

  • @TheEvilbaldguy Nuts are OK for now but soon you will want to get rid of them and just eat tons of clean fruits and vegetables! The headaches are from toxins in the bowels and you need to clean your body with fresh organic fruits and vegetables! Juices, smoothies and salads, but fruit will be your main source of food and nourishment if you are going to make this work! You can do it! Are you just beginning? Do you want to do a video?   • I had two bananas for breakfast, two Apples, brocoli and a carrot for lunch but by 5pm just my body was screaming for calories.

  • @TheEvilbaldguy Try 6 bananas and 4 apples With the broccoli and carrot dipped in avocado/cilantro dip

  • Dude I tried to only eat raw food today but its now tea time and my body started telling me I was starving. You know what I did? I went and had a few slabs of cheese, a piece of dark chocolate and 1/3 of a tin of tuna. How do I get past the phase where your body screams "feed me" and you want something with more calories in than a carrot or brocoli leaf?

  • And now that your eating raw, your body is pushing out the toxins, so your going to feel like crap until you get it out. It's like getting off drugs, just keep going and it will pass!!! Then you feel great!!!

  • Hey Dan I've been getting more and more into raw foods and in this year I would like to be 100% raw. I have attempted going completely raw several times but It seems whenever I go raw I eat too much fat but I don't feel like I can stop from doing it, how can I reduce my cravings for fats? (nuts and avacados)
