  • I turned off the pump in October and I just switched it back on and all it does is make a humming noise...is the pump still good? can anyone advise me on what to do???

  • @tequilah39 - You may want to inspect your cartridge and all the seals of the pump. If all is working and looks good during inspection but your pump still hums the impeller is possibly burned out. Intex covers their pumps for 1-2 years and will replace it with little hassle as long as you have proof pf purchase.

  • I bought this yesterday and still being filled up with water

  • @xKitty11 The larger pools can take some time! You will enjoy it once its ready!

  • great kidzviewtv! you can get on our website Cool Inflatables. com or by calling 866-305-8731. Enjoy your summer!!!

They are metal. The whole structure is metal except for the liner and the locking pins

  • @Jellox958x one last question, do you recall if the white poles are metal ? or plastic ?

  • @Jellox958x the old video shows one come with it ( a tarp I guess it is ) but yeah I plan on putting one down and also buying some bags of sand from Home Depot, $2.99 a bag. I think I will need a good 15 bags. I don't want any problems. I had a huge pool at my old house, and they put sand down first - awesome on the feet when walking around in the filled pool. Sand good because no pebbles, etc.... pure sand, so no potential for holes. More money to spend though. argh LOL Thanks again

Yup we have the 15" from Walmart too hahaha. Make sure you put a ground cloth underneath it though. Happy swimming :]

  • @FrostyTheBeerMan

    You're welcome! :]

  • @Jellox958x oops, I meant 15" foot ! not 18 foot ! :-)

  • @Jellox958x Wow, so glad you wrote a response ! amazing ! Thanks very much ! I am in Canada, they have an 18 foot 42" high model for $299 right now, at Wal-Mart, if I don't like it, it can go back without hassle. I'll take a chance :-) Thanks ! ... btw, the nail polish video on your website is uber-cool ! need to tweet that on Twitter and facebook ! amazing ! never seen anything like that before ! - My daughter will want to try that !! Thanks again for your help ! it's much appreciated.

The metal frame pools are amazing and really sturdy. When I bought mine I thought it would shake/collapse. It really is sturdy. You can jump around hold onto the sides. Our pool is uneven by 2 inches on one side and it holds up just as well. The blow up ring pools are horrible though. they overflow and collapse easily.

Go with the metal frame that is shown above. Ohh and when it's empty/ filling up the legs tend to move around (because of no water in it) just move them back
