I don't think R370RD is still following this. But, for people who don't read Japanese. 1993 is just a part of the title. "Natsuno Hi No 1993" which translates to "A summer day of 1993". The song was originally released in 1993 and revived at 2006. In this video, the song was played by impersonators. It was originally broadcasted as a part of impersonation show called "Monomane Battle" on 06/10/08.
