How about just declaring the international bankers as war criminals involved in a criminal conspiracy, trying them in the international criminal tribunals and seizing all their assets as profits from criminal activities and banishing them from ever participating in the banking business. All debts incurred as a result of their criminal enterprise would be declared void. All contracts declared unenforceable on the basis of fraud in their formation, and no court allowed to enforce them.
