I remember those days when i was mountain biking up and down this road, yeah my high school days. But now all i have are memories of this good old place, can't do it here in Qatar!

Just imagine the place we reside in Mambugan is in the headline. What are the barangay officials here doing sleeping? This should have been averted. Prior to the typhoon and the rains Barangay Captain Tuyay should have inspected areas that could be affected by rainfall.
But no, this guy literally slept on the job and focused on his personal interests. It is well known in Barangay Mambugan that he's running a beerhouse and several businesses, just ask any Tom, Dick or Harry.
