did you consciously alternate between playing it straight and improvising or were you doing it "your way" all the time? your alt leads were cool enough, the straight parts were real close, but there is something missing timing wise, a little sluggish somehow, not nessecarily slow but..

I was "shooting from the hip" so to speak..Ive done the tune with a few different bands live, so I try to stay in the same ballpark as the orig, nothing planned though. I know what you mean about something missing, its kinda cold. the backtrack lacks energy, maybe that has something to do with it,,tnx for the feedback
