South Africa has the worst levels of economic inequality in the world. Political and economic elites spend millions of tax payers' money on lavish parties, expensive sports cars and new houses while the majority of the people they 'serve' are unemployed, starving and homeless.
We the people stand against government corruption and the embezzlement of public funds. We oppose the profiteering of corporations that plunder the country's resources to increase share holder profits at the expense of local people.
True democracy encourages open public debate. There can be no democracy with secrecy. We oppose all forms government attempts to suppress the people's right to know- we oppose the secrecy bill in all forms. We oppose government and/or corporate control over the public media. We support the public's right to free speech.
We want to put an end to tenderpreneurs. The resources of the country must be in the hands of the people!
We demand an economy that puts people before profit!
We demand that our resources be protected and used for the benefit of the South African people!
South Africa's wealth should serve the poor.
We don't distinguish between political parties. They all exist as forms of elite domination that serve themselves and their own interests.
These are just some of the many concerns surrounding South Africa's struggle against elite power structures of control and economic monopolisation. Join us and make your concerns heard. Everyone has the right to be counted, acknowledged and cared for by the system of social governance that represents them. A government that tries to keep secrets from its people is not democratic.
The systemic changes that are needed in order to deal with global and local problems of unemployment, inequality, state oppression, corporate exploitation and worldwide corruption; can only be accomplished through the bringing together of a global society that calls for such change.
South Africa and the rest of the world will occupy together in an attempt to reclaim the world's power, for the 99% of the people who inhabit it.

  • @YahushuaIsKing: "False capitalism is the reason we are in this mess." You mean, corporatism, right? That's how Mussolini's Italy and the Apartheid regime in South Africa thrived.

  • i couldnt understand a word he was saying...

  • Yup there is nothing you can do because you sit nad say there is nothing you can do. Wake up stop being a sheep and make a change no matter how small or how hard.

All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.

  • thanx for caring but there is nothing that we can do to stop this.
