Bone marrow is so out of fashion. People these days tend to think it's dirty, or they think it's unsafe. After all - bone marrow is where blood cells are created. There's
been more than a little suspicion, here in the modern era of bovine spongiform encephalopathy, that it's downright unsafe. But the facts prove otherwise. In the finest restaurants you can still find roasted bone marrow, typically served on toast, often with a gorgeous parsley salad. This meal has been enjoyed for thousands... literally tens of thousands of years. How can our caveman ancestors be wrong?

you wouldnt believe me if i tell you that here in Malaysia we cook it in a soup like stew and suck it all up using a big straw straight up.and the stew is called a gearbox stew..lol.massive amount of cholestrols for such a good food.

we use bone marrow for BULALO here in the philippines.and it tastes real good!!!!!!!!!! we cook it with potatoes,string beans,ginger,and cabbage!
