@beesneazy So you're going to tell me that you're sitting there in an NLCS game, one which your team could potentially clinch a pennant, and you're not going to go for that ball. Get off it man, everyone would go for it. That is a rare souvenir/momento. Players have to accept that when they go over the wall they aren't the only ones who want that ball. That's the way it is, and the way it's always been.

@beesneazy Actually, we have two World Series wins, and all in my lifetime. When was the last time you personally saw a Cubs World Series game? Never!!!
And yes, we have had problems...but we now have a proper baseball stadium of our own, Ozzie Guillen as our manager, and for the first time ever we will have a decent payroll and proper talent. So I suspect we will have a 3rd World Series win long before you ever see your Cubs get another.

@beesneazy I feel sorry for Bartman. Apparently he's fallen off the face of the earth or rather gone into seclusion. I wish he could live out a normal life. It's tragic.
